There are a few hills on the route, but we will always wait at the top and catch our breathe before we set off again.

This is a route that takes us up through some of the quieter roads in Berkhamsted, then skirts round Tring to our coffee stop. On the way back, we go through Wilstone, past Tring lakes and Albury before arriving back.

A lot of the route is on country lanes with some traffic, but there are a few stretches of busier road where we will ride in pairs to ensure everyone is safe.

We'll stop at P E Mead & Sons farm shop for coffee (and cake of course!) There will be time to take a quick look in the farm shop and also the Gin distillery next door :-)

Please ensure you have a cycle helmet, appropriate clothing for the weather and a couple of spare inner tubes.

We never leave anyone behind
