*This ride is designed for our more experienced riders who can manage an average pace of at least 12 mph
*We will meet at the back of the King Alfred in Hove on the cycle path. We will then go via the Basin Road and cycle lanes and occasional road to Ferring Bluebird Cafe
*Please make sure you bring cash for coffee and cake and layers as we will not be able to go inside the cafe and it may be very chilly
*If it is very windy or we have very bad weather, the ride will be shortened (or cancelled if conditions are extreme)
