ROAD RIDE

*As we're now entering autumn, all routes from now on will be subject to change due to weather conditions, but will always be of a similar length/elevation gain as the original one advertised*

Before booking on the ride, please read, understand and agree to the ride rules which are pinned to the top of the Cycling Ceredigion with Lorraine Facebook page, many thanks.

A new route for you again! 14 miles and 1200ft climbing (total elevation gain). So quite hilly, but nothing extremely steep or long. But we did a flat one the previous week, so you'll be missing the hills :-)

Starting at Bow Street station we will follow the cycle path to Penrhyncoch, then take the first right out of the village to Penbontrhydybeddau then out to Cwmsymlog for the photo opp, then up to Cwmerfyn before descending back to Penrhyncoch and Bow Street.

Please bring snacks and drink as you will need sustenance :-)

Touring pace, no pressure to go fast whatsoever. Staying together and regrouping at junctions/at the top of hills. Taking in the scenery, some wonderful views from up high!

E bikes always welcome but you must stay with the group

Helmets Essential. Please also make sure you have adequate clothing for the weather conditions.
