Setting off from one barn and stopping at t'other.

Cycling on mainly quiet country roads. The majority are undulating and achievable, there isn't any major hills to climb!

We will be stopping for a mid-morning snack at the Owd Tea Barn in Bispham.

Although not a requirement it would be sensible to wear a helmet and carry a spare inner tube, a pump etc . Please bring along a drink and any snacks you may require en route.
