Starting from Penarth Marina, we'll head over the Barrage, cycle round Mermaid Quay, through the beautifu Hamadryad Park, round the Sports Village, cross over Pont y Werin, and back along to Penarth Marina in a 6 mile (10k) circular loop around the Bay.
Pretty much the whol route is traffic free, a lovely gentle ride suitable for beginners. Can be done on a Next Bike as well as any hybrid, mountain bike or road bike.
We'll stop for a cuppa or an ice cream en route.
Bring helmets, and some cash or a card if you wish to get anything at the cafe stop.
