A steady undulating road ride starting from Costellos in Fairlands Valley Park cycling around the lanes and visiting a tearoom. There are some steady hills but we will regroup at the top of all the hills - no one gets left behind. The ride will be approximately 20 miles.

The ride will be at a pace of approximately 10mph at a leisurely pace.

We will ride to Lessiters new cafe with a refreshment stop part way through the ride.

We will start on the cylce tracks and then head out to the roads with a mixture of quiet and some busier roads.

Weather permitting we hope to visit the newly built café at Lessiter Chocolate shop.

Bring some money for a cup of tea and a cake at the tea room. Please bring a spare inner tube for your bike with you and helmets are advisable.
