Starting from - Meet in the Western Car Park off of Longbridge Road. Bus numbers 5, 62, EL2 and EL3 (towards Romford) can be boarded outside Barking train station. The park is only a 10 minute walk from Barking train station.

The park is only a short walk away from Barking town centre, as above.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a charge for stays of more than one hour in the Western Car Park, which is accessed via the Longbridge Road entrance to the park. Payment is via the Ringo App please make sure you have this installed before arrival. The zone number for Ringo is 27031.

The ride will be traffic free on park paths.
There will be time to chat before, after and during the ride.
Helmets are not compulsory. Please bring a drink, snack and a spare innertube, pump and tyre levers.
This is a beginners ride and suitable for those new or returning to cycling. Everyone is welcome.
