From Broom Park picnic area up the Lanchester Valley Railway Line to Lydgett Junction and them along the Waskerley Way to Parkhead Station, above Stanhope. A fab off road route with great views across the moors and a wonderful free wheel home. (i.e we are climbing all the way there)

We will be stopping at Parkhead Station for tea and cake before flying back down again

We always advise helmets, just in case. Please also bring along a spare inner tube suitable for your bike. A bottle of water, clothing suitable for the weather and jelly babies are also appreciated.
