Breeze from Cwmbran Stadium / Wickes Newport to Fourteen locks - WOMEN ONLY

A lovely ride following the cycle routes from Cwmbran Stadium to Fourteen locks canal centre.
The ride is steady and will suit all levels of rider. The route back up to Cwmbran does include a few slopes as we past the canal locks and there are a few little testing climbs as we approach the canal centre but you can do it!
Meet at the stadium car park on the gravel section to the left of the entrance. Please remember to check your bike tyres before you ride and we will do a quick bike check before we set off. Don't forget your helmets and a few pennies for the pit stop.
