Breeze from Lifton with the Widger Spoke Easies

We will leave the Farmshop and head to Liftondown before climbing gently onto a ridge which runs in a northerly direction. We will pass through the hamlets of Cross Green and Dubbs Cross following the undulations of the ridge up to the A3079 where we shall have a jelly baby stop before returning back down the same route.

We will be riding on narrow West Devon country lanes with their beautiful verges and hedges as well as their potholes. There will be views across to Dartmoor and over Ruby County. As the roads are narrow we stop if we need to let farm vehicles past.

There will be jelly baby stops and picture stops only on this ride. We visit the Farm Shop cafe post ride

Please make sure that you bike is mechanically sound and that you carry at least one spare inner tube for your bike as well as means to inflate it. We require you to wear a helmet if you are riding with us. We will visit the farmshop café at the end of our ride so please bring cash for your tea and cake.
