This is a ride series of 6 rides. Starting from a 4 mile flat ride around Fairlands valley park and finishing at Costellos cafe at the end of the ride for a cuppa and a natter with your new friends.
We will build up the mileage weekly adding on a mile or 2 each week and maybe a small incline or two.
The aim is to be able to cycle out to a nice tearoom by the end if the 6 weeks cycling approximately 15 miles with a stop half way through.
If you have New Years resolutions this is your way o keep them and feel fabulous by the end.
There is plenty of free parking at the start, a cafe and toilets.
