We will head towards Queens Park and cycle through Heaton cemetery where we will join the Canal and follow the Middlebrook Trail, cycling through Bolton golf course and passing Bolton Wanderers training academy. Once we leave the trail we will be riding on the road through Wingates and Lostock before rejoining the canal once again.
Hopefully we will be able to get a takeaway coffee from Heaton Fold garden centre or Queens Park cafe.
Please dress for the weather and come equipped with a spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, water and a lock. Helmets are mandatory.
Due to the current pandemic you will also need hand sanitiser, tissues and a face mask.
