Breeze in the summer evenings

Starting from - Meet by the Summer House Cafe, just over the bridge from Sofia Gardens and the car park. We'll be there from 5.45 or so ready for a prompt start at 6pm, CF10 3ER

This Breeze network Cardiff, Vale and Valleys ride is open for anyone to join

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Meet by the Summer House Cafe, just over the bridge from Sofia Gardens and the car park. We'll be there from 5.45 or so ready for a prompt start at 6pm

So for this one we'll head up the Taff trail to Radyr where we'll do a little loop of Forest Farm before heading back to Cardiff so a nice easy flat there and back ride. Some of the track in Forest Farm is a little bumpy, but should still be suitable for all bikes. If we're back in time we'll head to Ride my Bike Cafe in Cardiff for a drink/snack before heading our separate ways.

Remember to bring water, a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and lights would be handy at least for the ride home - the nights are closing in already (a little bit!)
