NOTE CHANGE OF START LOCATION (due to childcare issues!)

We'll head up the zig zag to Penarth, take a dip down to the pier and then head through quiet back roads to Cosmeston, down the nicely tarmacked path and then down to the sea. We'll take a break to look out at Sully Island with the chance for refreshments and toilets at the The Captain's Wife in Sully. We'll then head back to Penarth along the railway path and back down the zig zag to the start point.

Bring lights as the nights are drawing in and also a puncture repair kit/spare inner tubes, an extra layer as it can be chilly by the sea.

There are a couple of hills, but we'll take it steady and wait for everyone so no need to be super fit!
