This route is a road route on main well lit roads, including some long slopes. You need to be confident with traffic and able to contend with hills.
We will look after you and make sure no one feels left at the back, do not worry about being slow, we all start somewhere!

We head from the tennis club, towards Greenmount, through Hawkshaw down to Bradshaw and then up through Harwood, Ainsworth then towards Walshaw and Tottington, then turn back towards Greenmount and returning to Holcombe Brook.

*A team of local Breeze champs are running this ride series and these routes can be subject to change.

Working front and back lights and reflective clothing are essential.

Please make sure your tyres are fully pumped up, your gears and brakes work well and your seat height is suitable. Its is far more enjoyable to ride a well maintained and comfortable bike. If in doubt, take your bike to a local bike shop for a check and service. Any questions then message the Breeze champs on our Breeze Network Bury on Facebook.
