We will cycle the Adderstones trail which is 8 miles long and runs along the top of the forest plateau. We are delighted to be able to offer this ride through British Cycling Breeze and Forestry England. It’s a magical route and such a peaceful place to cycle in this magnificent forest.

This is a gentle route around the top of the Forest plateau.

It is graded as a ‘green’ route, mainly on wide gravel tracks.

We will stop to look across at the UCI MTB World Cup circuit, the various scenic views along the route and for any drink stop if required.

We always advise you wear a helmet and check the forecast prior to the ride so you have suitable clothing with you. We always carry a First Aid kit but you may wish to bring your own with you. Please make sure you have a water bottle on board and some money for post ride refreshments at the Visitor Centre or the Courtyard Café. It’s always great to have a catch up over a coffee before you leave.

We especially welcome newbies!
