Look forward to welcoming you to the world of mountain biking.

We can ride the green easy Ellerburn cycle route which is fairly flat to gain confidence riding the mountain bikes. If there is time at the end we can try the skills circuit.

It is all traffic free on a rough surface but not bumpy. The tracks are a mixture of wide - so you can side by side and some narrower bits where you will ride behind each other.

We can stop to take a drink from our water bottle and eat any blackberries if I spot any!

What to wear? Helmets - a must. You may be able to hire from the bike shop if you don't have your own. Clothing anything comfy, with a waterproof, just in case! Please bring a spare inner tube and a drink to keep you hydrated on the ride. A bit of cash if you fancy joining us for a cuppa at the end.

We never leave anyone behind
