Breeze Newham - Walthamstow Wetlands

We will explore the largest Wetlands in Europe and have tea there too!

This ride is for cyclist with basic bike handling skills, to increase mileage and confidence in mostly traffic free areas. It a social experience riding at the pace of the slowest rider.

This is a mixed terrain ride and in places narrow with other users. The route / distance will be adjusted the prevailing weather and suitability of the group. Please wear appropriate warm clothing (ankle tight trousers / tops without dangling bits). A small rucksack with 2 shoulder straps is an ideal way to carry a few items.

Please ensure your bike is fully functioning and serviced by a qualified mechanic if it hasn't been used for a while. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays. Bring a spare inner tube which fits your bike. A drink and snack if you need to replenish energy levels.
