For cyclist with basic bike handling skills, to increase mileage and confidence in mostly traffic free areas. It a social experience riding at the pace of the slowest rider. We will explore the Olympic Park and time allowing visit a nearby Park.

This is a mixed terrain ride and in places narrow with other users. The route / distance will be adjusted the prevailing weather and suitability of the group. Please wear appropriate warm clothing (ankle tight trousers / tops without dangling bits). A small rucksack with 2 shoulder straps is an ideal way to carry a few items.

Please ensure your bike is fully functioning and serviced by a qualified mechanic if it hasn't been used for a while. Tyres should be pumped up to the correct pressure levels to avoid delays.

Santander Bikes are suitable for this ride and are located next to the Orbit in the QEOP or outside stations.
