We will make our way onto the Bridgwater canal and head towards Monton. This is where we will meet other champions and riders from Breeze Bolton and Breeze Salford.

We will then continue on the towpath and head towards Old Trafford, and the Imperial War Museum before arriving at Media City for our mid way cafe stop.

We will ride mainly on canal towpaths, dedicated cycle lanes and a few busy main roads so you need to be confident with traffic.

We will take plenty of breaks along the way for a quick drink and some photos!

Helmets are mandatory for this ride. Please bring some money if you want to purchase some refreshments at the cafe stop.

We are a friendly group and always ride at a social pace - we never leave anyone behind!
