Breeze Ricky to Royal Windsor - road ride

This is one of my faster paced routes aiming for 11-13mph. We'll cycle to Windsor taking on the delights of Burnham Beeches and Dorney. If you are not used to riding this sort of distance please try one of my shorter rides first as this is one of my more challenging routes.

I am hoping to plan a route to take in a lap of Dorney Lake. This will be mainly on road although we will follow a few cycle paths (Jubilee River) but they are perfectly fine for road bikes. We'll stop for refreshments either at Dorney Court or Taplow Lake depending on how we progress. If you have not been on a ride with Ricky Breeze before you are very welcome. We'll stop for refreshments at the Cinnamon Cafe in central Windsor. This is a known cyclist's hangout with space for our bikes. If for any reason it is full (we can't reserve) then we will revise our plans on the day.

Helmets are compulsory on my rides especially on this faster paced ride. Please bring with you: spare innertube money for refreshments pump waterproof Please dress appropriately for the weather. Layers are preferable to thick fleeces.
