1pm start Brantingham Breeze to the Ellerker aconites and the Elloughton snowdrops

We’re a friendly group of ladies who go out from the Triton for a ride of about 14 – 18 miles on Wednesday mornings for a cycle, coffee and a chat.

The ride will be at steady pace - that's about 10 - 11 mph along the flat. I've changed the route because of the cold, windy weather. We'll still go to see the aconites and snowdrops in Ellerker, probably via a visit to the Elloughton snowdrops, but then go to round Broomfleet and back for tea at the Olive Tree in Ellerker. I hope that making the tea break near the end of the ride will give flexibility for anyone needing to get back quickly.

Helmets are advisable but not compulsory. Please bring a drink, an inner tube, a bike lock if you have one and money for refreshments.

I'll try to post details of the route nearer the time when I've seen the weather forecast - and wind direction/strength.

Quiet lanes and roads with the occasional busier stretch.

There's always a coffee stop and stops to admire the view (if any!), have a breather and a drink.

Helmets are advisable. Please bring an inner tube, suitable clothing (if you have too many layers, you can put extra clothes in my pannier but remember to retrieve them afterwards!), lights and a bike lock if you have them and money for refreshments.
