Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

About the route
Come and join us on on our summer evening ride series from Pedal Heaven in Fleet!
Our fortnightly Thursday rides will be around 10 - 15 miles and take in some lovely Hampshire scenery.
The rides are good for building fitness levels and confidence on the bike…and we’ll have some fun too! Where possible we will follow country lanes and cycle paths however there are a couple of busier roads which are designed to help with confidence levels and your leaders will be on hand to advise and support you. We’ve designed our routes with the hills in mind, so they are undulating with nothing too steep to climb or descend - and we will keep the group together/ regroup at the top if needed.
We will meet outside Pedal Heaven Cycle Shop in Fleet at 18.15 so we are ready to set off promptly at 18.30. Thursday evening is late opening at Pedal Heaven so come early to have a look around or take advantage of the nice mechanics who will check your tyre pressure etc.
We want to be back before the shop closes at 8pm so if we are behind schedule etc if any punctures for example we may need to shorten the route slightly.
If you are planning on riding home afterwards make sure you can do this safely and bring lights if there is a risk of it being dark before you get home.
Please make sure you wear clothing comfortable for the weather and wear carry a waterproof jacket if the forecast is poor. The wearing of a helmet is mandatory for this ride.. Bring a spare inner tube and pump (plus puncture repair kit if you have one). All welcome but please note pace of ride.
There are plenty of car parks nearby the start should you wish / need to drive to the start, however, please note that there is an evening car park charge
