About the route
We will cycle along the Bridgewater Canal, Worsley Woods, the guided bus way in Leigh and then by road to Bents Garden centre. We will return along the East
Lancs cycleway, Worsley Woods and Bridgewater canal. The route is approximately 28 miles. This is a challenging ride due to both the distance and speed we will be traveling. You need to be sure you are confident road cycling as there is 2 miles of busy roads to negotiate
Hats are mandatory on my rides. Don’t forget spare inner tube, money for refreshments and bike lock
