A popular route to Downe riding up through Keston, then down Shire Lane and up High Elms Road. This is not a long route but there are some hills. A good ride for those who want to try riding in country lanes.
Make sure your bike is in good working order, bring a spare inner tube and dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a drink and card/cash for refreshments. Coffee either at Holwood Farm on the way back or Hayes at the end of the ride..
