This is a ride through the lanes of the Vale via Peterstone Super Ely and Llancarfan to Dyffryn House for coffee. We return a slightly less scenic way via Lythan and back lane to Ely. The ride is mainly on quiet country lanes some of which are narrow so you must be prepared to meet cars. There are some hills.... but we always wait for everyone.
