Breeze to the Quays

This ride is to encourage new, returning or nervous riders back to cycling. The route is all off road along the Bridgewater Canal and on cycle paths. We will stop at Salford Quays for refreshments before returning home. We will ride at the pace of the slowest and stop frequently. You'll need a roadworthy bike, appropriate clothing for the weather, a spare inner tube and some money if you want refreshments. Come along and get some exercise, meet new friends and have some fun
