Breeze via Beeley to Lea

Setting off from the meeting point rear car par behind The Whitworth Cafe we will ride out along the Multi user trail to Rowsley. Join the road we will head towards Chatsworth before turning right to commence a steady but long climb over Beeley Moor. Using country lanes we will weave our way to Lea Gardens for a well earned cafe stop. Returning along more country lanes and an extremely steep and TWISTY descent to eventually rejoin the multi user trail in Matlock returning us back to the start.

Mixture of multi user trails, country lanes and touching on A roads for a short section. The terrain includes a long but steady climb and some very steep twisty descending.

Stop at Lea Garden cafe approx halfway

Helmets ARE advised. Please remember money for the cafe stop. Water bottle and clothing for adverse weather. Spare inner tube and multi tool.

Due to the nature of this ride and the technically steep descent this ride is suitable for confident experienced riders of hilly climbs and with descending skills
