Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

come and join us on a pedal adventure to the farm shop café by Endsleigh garden centre, we might even get to feed the chickens.
We will be starting from the park and ride car park at Coypool meet by the bike hire shop and make our way through Saltram and the back of Plympton avoiding the busy Plymouth road. the route will take us up to the top of Plympton all on traffic free cycle path leading us to Ivybridge (route 2) where we cross to Endsleigh.
We will stop for refreshment at the farm shop which has a lot on offer, so bring some pennies and if we are blessed with a sunny day, the outdoor sitting area overlooking the chicken run is a great fun watching them.
*please make sure you bring with you
*fully checked and working bike with a splash of tinsel ( e-bike are welcome)
*spare inner tube pump and tools to remove a tyre
*A helmet is a must on this ride decorated if you wish
*money for refreshment stop
* Appropriate clothing for the weather
* And a joke or two to spice things up.
