Breezing to Barley Farm

A great ride that will take us from Bolton on to the Roe Green Loop Line all the way to Monton. We then ride down the Bridgewater Canal path for a while before taking Chat Moss over to Irlam and on to Barton Airport for a look at the planes. It’s then a short ride to Barley Farm for our refreshment break. We’ll then head back to Monton through the Port Salford Greenway then back along the loop line to the start.

This is a mostly traffic free ride but we do have to negotiate some major and minor roads as we make our way to the loop lines.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order and carry a spare inner tube, pump, lock, water and money for refreshments.
Due to the current pandemic you will also need your own personal PPE.

Helmets are mandatory.
