Thank you for joining us at one of our fantastic British Heart Foundation (BHF) Bike Rides. We’re thrilled that you’ve joined the fight for every heartbeat and using your pedaling to power our life-saving research. If you want to get the most out of your big day, the hard work needs to start before you cross the start line. That’s why we’re thrilled to have teamed up with British Cycling to offer you this training ride.

This route starts along the River passing Nottingham Forest Football Ground, the ride continues upto Holme Pierre Point along the river. Before passing through several small villages in South Nottingham including Radcliffe, Cropwell Butler, Tythby and Colstan Basset (where you will see the famous cheese factory). Other sights include Lanagr Hall and Colstan Bassett Hall. The ride then heads into Cotgrave before heading through the village of Clipson and finally returning through Tollerton and past the Nottingham Airport. The ride then re joins the river route taken out to return to Portland Leisure Centre.  This is the perfect preparation for your British Heart Foundation Ride later in the year.
