Bwlch Trident

Leaving Taffs Well Station Park and Ride we cycle up the A4054 to Pontypridd and then the A4058 to Llwynypia. We then start climbing gently up the B4223 towards Treorchy, turning off on to the A4061 to start the climb of the Bwlch. After regrouping in the car park (not quite the top!) we'll take the A4107 up and over the Bwlch and down to 'The Refreshment Rooms' in Cymmer. After a break we'll take the cycle path up to Abergwynfi then back up and over to the car park to regroup again. From there it's down the A4061 to Pricetown. (Anyone wishing to avoid the steepest part of the return leg can wait after we leave Nant y Moel.) At Pricetown we circle a small roundabout and back up to the car park. After regrouping once again we retrace our route back to Taffs Well.
