Starting from - We'd begin at Pentre Berw meeting at the car park at the start of the Lon Cefni cycle track at Pentre Berw past Holland Arms. After the cycle track, we then join road to Malltraeth, until the end of the village. There's a short footpath which means that we avoid an A road, but then a short steep hill, which you may need to push your bike a short distance, after this it's pleasant back roads, apart from a very short portion on the A road at Aberffraw, before turning inland. As there were no tickets left to visit Bodorgan Hall (as part of Cadw's Open Doors event) I suggest we still do this ride- perhaps going as far as Cwyfan on the coast as the attached route- which would make a 20 mile route instead of 17...
It's a nice route, but lets not ride alongside the people in cars who got tickets..... If people are happy to spend time, we could visit the church on the island if tide allows, there are also 2 cafes on route.
