Meeting in The Elk Car park which is pay and display. There are toilets in the pub . I am normally either inside the elk or stood in the motorcycle bay under the lights, FY6 7SR

My ride will take us out of busy Poulton on to some quieter roads where we can find a cafe stop. Please bring with you: 1. Road worthy bike. 2. Helmet (optional). 3. Tool / spare tyre for mechanicals. 4. First Aid kit. 5.Refreshments and / or money for lunch stop. 6.Appropiate clothing. 7. Bike lights. 8.Medication if required.
Although my rides are at the pace of the slowest rider I do ask that you are capable of at least 12 mph average to ensure the whole group can enjoy the ride
