Caldbeck to Mungrisdale And Back Again

Join us for a Breeze ride starting from the village of Caldbeck.  We will cycle along quiet country roads to Hesket Newmarket before continuing on to Mungrisdale.  We will then return to Caldbeck on quiet roads.  At the end of the ride there will be the opportunity to have coffee and cake in one of the tearooms in Caldbeck.
This ride will be suitable for all abilities; the route is all on good tarmac roads and will be suitable for all bike types.
We will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. The aim of the ride is to have a fun sociable ride in the company of other women, build up confidence in our riding in a supportive group environment, as well ask questions about bikes and riding, and make links with others. All welcome and we will not leave anyone behind
Remember to wear clothes that are comfortable and warm to cycle in.  It is a good idea to bring a waterproof jacket, a spare inner tube and a bottle of water.  We always recommend that you wear a cycle helmet.
