Cardiff castle, through Penarth to Barry Island

Nice and easy and fun route

we will be riding on cycle routes and some main roads

We will stop at Mario's Cafe for food and drink

Remember to bring a drink and a snack in case you feel hungry, bring cash as well as a card, as card may not be accepted or machine not working. Please check your bike over in advance, making sure tyres are inflated and brakes are working, and the bike is good working order. Make sure you have a spare inner tube HELMETS MUST BE WORN ON ALL OF MY RIDES
