Follow the cycle lane on the A48 for approximately 200m then take the B4300 through Capel Dewi to Llanarthne.
Enjoy the stunning scenery along the Towy Valley. There is a gentle climb on the approach to Capel Dewi.
Please ensure your bike is roadworthy. Helmets must be worn.
This is a nice road ride from the old Cranc Cycles building along to Llanarthne. It usually a fairly quiet road.
This is a main road but not usually that busy
We will plan to stop for a drink at The Emlyn Arms, please bring along money if you wish to purchase a beverage.
We will need road lights.
We especially welcome newbies!
