About the route
Starting at Stithians Lake Cafe car park, taking a left around the lake and a right when we get to Carmenellis. Right onto the B3297 and slipping left to the B3280 down to Praze-an-Beeble, over to Carnell Green, pass Travaskis and on to Gwithian for refreshments at The Rockpool.
Turn tail and reverse back via Four Lanes.
