Leaving Watford heading towards the Hempstead Road then passing through the grove golf course then onto bucks Hill chipperfield Belsize then onto Chinese heading on to sarratt for refreshments at the cricketers through Chorleywood Mill End the Rickmansworth Aquadrome and heading back to Watford along the Ebury Way
