Starting Chiswell Green outside the three hammers pub heading towards Potters Crouch then passing through the Gorhambury Estate then passing through the verulam Park st. Albans heading towards route 61 along the Old disused railway track Alban way heading towards Hatfield then on to Stanborough Lake stopping for refreshments before heading back joining the Alban way at Hatfield then back down to COTTONMILL and heading on passing the King Harry pub then back to Chiswell Green to the finish
