Mostly quiet roads except the short traverse of Chorley and Ormskirk

Mostly quiet roads except the short traverse of Chorley and Ormskirk. All on road, cycle paths or park roads.

Lunch at the Village Bakehouse in Halsall, just through Ormskirk.

Helmets are always advisable, though NOT compulsory. Emergency lights a good idea and a bit of cash for lunch.

We never leave anyone behind
