This is a ride for people interested in doing more leisure cycling and to celebrate World Mental Health Day so good company and great "crack" are our main aim on this ride.
We will be continuing to include outdoor socially distanced drinks & snack breaks with a great view.

This ride is guided by a British cycling trained coach so any concerns or questions you may have about participating please message the ride leader on the riders tab below.

We will be starting our ride opposite the school entrance.
The exact route will be posted on the conversation tab below taking riders attending and weather conditions into consideration.
There are plenty of quiet country lanes on this ride which are normally traffic-free. All the B roads we will follow have low traffic levels at this time on a Sunday and is suitable for all bike types especially anyone wishing to join us on an E-bike and a fully charged battery.

We always travel at the slowest rider's speed with support and encouragement, all new comers are very welcome on this ride with like minded people as we never leave anyone behind.
This is to enhances your enjoyment of leisurely cycling within the safety of our group.

All riders are required to provide all their own repair equipment to comply with self-sufficient rules. Please check the conversation tab below before attending.
You will also need to bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work best, a waterproof jacket, (as the weather can change quickly along our routes), a cold drink or small flask for along the way & a snack for our "alfresco stop" if needed.
Plus this seasons must have cycling accessory a spare inner tube that fits your bike is required as is a hand pump with the correct fitting for your inner tube valve, (just in case).
