Come fly with me!

All new ride for 2016! With a combination of off road trails, busy roads and canal towpath, this ride looks set to become a popular one! We'll set off from Leigh towards Astley where we'll cross the moss towards Irlam. From here we'll continue to the City Airport (formerly Barton Aerodrome) where we'll have our stop at Runway 26. We can watch the aircraft as we have our drinks and refreshments and a chat. We'll then continue towards Worsley and return to Leigh. Please bring a spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and dress to suit the weather conditions (quite often 4 seasons in one day!) Please bring money to buy drinks/snacks or provide your own. We always ride at a social pace to suit the whole group,we have lots of stops along the way and nobody gets left behind. We are a friendly group and welcome newcomers to our rides.
