Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

The route is fairly flat with a few inclines. We will always wait for you.

This is a gentle ride for women who can ride a bicycle and who are looking to increase their confidence cycling.

We'll be riding around the quiet streets and cycle lanes of of Knighton.

We will be stopping to take photos. Do remember to bring water and snacks along with you.

Please do wear a helmet. We are able to provide you with a helmet, bicycle and hi-viz should you need them.
