A ride led by qualified safe ride leaders to build confidence on local country lanes. Coffee at Helen Browning's Shop at Bishopstone, nobody will be left behind.

Quiet country lanes with very little traffic

Don’t forget a full water bottle with your favorite thirst quencher. Please bring a face mask; you have to wear it on entering a café and in the event of first aid being required. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted on then a spanner that fits the nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. You should dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash or debit card for the coffee stop. Some café’s only take card payments. All our rides are generally on quieter roads and sometimes on narrow lanes where we have to share the road with care.

We never leave anyone behind
