We start every ride with a refresher on basic bike skills, including bike checks, cycling in a group and negotiating junctions. There are quiet residential roads near our meeting point where we can practice cycling together. When we all feel ready we'll go further afield!

This will be a ride around quiet residential streets and further afield as confidence grows.

Quiet roads

Helmets are advisable and weather appropriate clothing.

These rides are for people wanting to get back on their bikes and needing help to build confidence with this.
