Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A ride series going from One mile to 17 Miles (30k) over four weeks! Especially aimed at those new to cycling. If you are unsure please contact me via messaging on here!!
Week 1 has a skills session prior to the ride at 10am. Then a little pootle up the Trafgic Free Cycle Route to practise our skills then coffee and cake in store at Giant.
Week 2 has a skills session at 10am then ride at 11am going 5 miles to Kelham Island and back to Giant store.
Week 3 we go straight from store at 11.00 to Meadowhall going up to 10 miles.
Week 4 we go from Giant Store at 11am through to Rotherham.
The routes all use cycling infrastructure that is 95% traffic free but we do have some short sections on road. No major hills but the odd slight incline here and there just to keep it real. Helmets are recommended but personal choice, any bike can be used ao long as its road worthy and it's also advisable to bring spare inner tubes and a multi tool for any issues. Also dress for the weather, and carry water an snacks to keep you sustained.
Janine and Bev will be leading the rides and we will be with you every turn of the wheel.
