HP2 7BA

This route is designed for anyone looking to cycle a little further while taking on the challenge of a few ups and downs while you're there. The route is mainly on quieter country lanes, so if you are looking to build your confidence and travel further then this is the route for you. We will aim to cycle at a pace of 8-10mph.

We will cycle at the pace of the slowest rider, we will always wait and let the group catch up and of course wait at the top of hills. The aim is to have a go at the hills but if you want/need to walk any of them that's fine to. We will be stopping half way round for tea and cake.

Please remember to bring with you
- Helmet
-Spare inner tubes for your bike and appropriate tools, even if you don't know how to change an inner tube there are other people in the group to help.
-A water bottle with a drink in, cycling can be thirsty work.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.

Should you have any problems or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me 07545281702 - Jacky
