Courtyard Capers

We will head towards Queens Park and cycle through Heaton cemetery where we will join the Canal and follow the Middlebrook Trail, cycling through Regents golf course and passing Bolton Wanderers training academy. Once we leave the trail we will be riding on the road to Adlington where we will join the canal at White Bear Marina. We follow the Leeds Liverpool canal all the way to Haigh Hall for a well deserved refreshments stop and natter. We then make our way back through Aspull, Wingates and Lostock before rejoining the canal once again as we ride back to the start point.

Please dress for the weather and come equipped with a spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, water and a lock. Helmets are mandatory.

Due to the current pandemic you will also need hand sanitiser, tissues and a face mask.
