Cumbernauld Beginners - Broadwood Loch circuit

We will ride from Broadwood Leisure centre, go once around the loch on the path, and back to the Leisure Centre.

A wee introductory ride round Broadwood Loch. Starting outside the entrance to Broadwood Leisure Centre. The route is flat and scenic, and mainly away from cars.

Most of the route is on a path used by pedestrians and cyclists. Suitable for all types of bikes.

We'll stop for a cuppa at the cafe at Broadwood Leisure Centre after the ride.

Please wear clothes suitable for the weather, and bring money for the cafe. It is advisable to wear a helmet while cycling. Note: If it is very icy/stormy I will cancel the ride.

This is my first Breeze ride in Cumbernauld, so everyone will be a first-timer! This is an easy, short route for people who are interested in cycling but maybe haven't been on a bike for a while. Why not give it a go on a safe, easy route?
